We’re dedicated to creating durable flooring solutions that empower businesses to thrive. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, understanding their specific flooring needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include growing the customer base, reaching sales targets, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and providing detailed product knowledge about flooring and coating solutions. The role also involves conducting market research to identify trends and business opportunities. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Experience in market research, business development, and lead generation. Knowledge of the industrial flooring industry, including epoxy, PU, and flooring solutions, is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain products and solutions to clients. Ability to meet sales targets, demonstrate results-driven motivation, and work in a performance-oriented environment. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools for documentation and reporting. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in industrial or construction sales is a plus.
