Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Manager of Body Preparation in the ceramic field, based in Noida. The Manager will oversee the body preparation process, including the mixing and testing of raw materials. They will ensure the consistency and quality of ceramic bodies, troubleshoot any production issues, and maintain production schedules. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing the body preparation process in the ceramics industry
• Proficiency in raw materials mixing, testing, and quality control
• Understanding of ceramic body properties and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with different teams
• Relevant educational background in ceramic engineering or related field
• Prior experience in a managerial role within the ceramics industry is a plus
