Below are the few inputs. FLS Criteria Min 2 years’ experience in any Life/General/Health insurance/BFSI/Pharmaceutical/Telecom to get immediate selection & they should know the roles and responsibility of an MP when they turn up for an interview. Age shouldn’t be more than 39 years old Stability is a concern so request you to please don’t share the profile who has 2 years of experience with more than 2 company. CTC bracket : Up to 6.90 LPA, not exceeded hence please source accordingly. Need an immediate joiner/currently serving notice period/ would be ok to hire if somebody have the career gap of within 15 days with a valid reason.
