Role Overview: As a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager in Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Wipro Limited, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives, drive digital supply chain innovation, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering complex ERP/SCM solutions, designing future-ready operating models, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role demands deep domain expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead SCM & Operations transformation programs aligned with client business objectives. - Shape and deliver consulting propositions using ERP/SCM (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics), emerging technologies, and industry best practices. - Design and implement scalable Target Operating Models (TOM) for SCM and Operations functions. - Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies across client organizations. - Conduct business process analysis to document SCM and Operations Management processes, assess them for system and business improvement opportunities. - Design and implement industry-standard business processes in ERP/SCM (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics). - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. - Lead Oracle ERP implementations with a focus on Manufacturing and Inventory, Order Management Cloud, and Oracle Apps SCM functional. - Design a Target Operating Model for SCM and Operations Management processes that supports strategic objectives, scalability, flexibility, and alignment with overall business strategy. Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence: - Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationship growth. - Lead end-to-end ERP/SCM implementations, including modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management. - Oversee project governance, delivery quality, risk mitigation, and financial performance. - Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Thought Leadership & Practice Development: - Develop and publish Points of View (POVs), whitepapers, and industry insights on SCM transformation trends. - Represent the firm in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client workshops. - Contribute to practice growth through solution development, capability building, and talent mentoring. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in SCM with at least 5 years in a consulting leadership role. - Research and analysis on business processes related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations Management (OM). - Customer Centricity. - Proven expertise in ERP/SCM (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics) (Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory). - Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in supply chain transformation. - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programs and manage senior client relationships. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
