Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Identify prospective customers by researching and analyzing sales options. 2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients and recommending solutions. 3. To stay in constant touch with clients by providing information, and guidance and recommending new opportunities along with profit and service improvements. 4. To create a marketing network to meet customers. 5. To explain the product. 6. To explore new markets to get channel partners on board and interact with them on daily basis to achieve the targets. 7. Organize and be part of events like canopy activities, exhibitions, etc. 8. Visiting the market to meet the sales target. 9. Generating leads for sales 10. Interacting with clients over the phone, in person, and through emails for generating leads and close sales. 11. Assist clients in post-sales services and coordinate with various departments in the company to give services to clients. 12. Send reports on a daily/weekly basis by phone/mail as per the management/ management requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have an experience of at least 3 years in real estate.
