Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying new market opportunities, nurturing potential clients, and expanding the sales pipeline. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management. Your role will involve overseeing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sale support. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support teams will be essential to align sales efforts with overall company goals. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Identify new market opportunities and potential clients. - Build and maintain relationships with key accounts. - Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives. - Oversee the entire sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies, and prepare regular reports. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - In-depth knowledge of the sales process. - Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
