Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Understanding the client requirements, Preparation of strategic plans and conduct meeting with internal stakeholders Share the RFP to consultants and coordination for detailed design, BOQ, DBR etc. Review tender documents, extract relevant information, and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates Review and confirm the requirements are meeting as per RFP expectations. Preparation of technical and commercial bid documents for MEP Design & Build projects. Coordination with Design & Execution Teams: Work closely with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Obtain competitive quotations from vendors and subcontractors to support pricing strategies. Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks in the bid and recommend mitigation strategies. Technical Submissions: Support in preparing method statements, compliance statements, and other technical documents required for tender submissions. Client & Consultant Interaction: Address clarifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate responses to queries from clients and consultants. Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay updated on market rates, materials, and labor costs to enhance competitive pricing Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software, Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills required. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and specifications Preferred candidate profile : Industries expertise- Similar to MEP GC contracting / design/ consulting companies Education- BE-Electrical/Mechanical with exposure in Autocad/BIM
