Manager/Sr. Manager- Costing & Tendering (Interior Fit-Outs)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Costing & Estimation : Lead the development of detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Conduct site visits, analyze architectural and design drawings, and liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to assess scope and requirements. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure all costs are thoroughly itemized and realistic. Tendering Process : Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project timelines. Manage and review the tendering process from start to finish, including the evaluation of subcontractor quotes, supplier negotiations, and risk assessment. Coordinate with the sales team to prepare tender proposals, ensuring that all pricing and technical data are in line with client expectations and project requirements. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or B.Arch A professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) is preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar costing and tendering role, in the interior fit-out or cost consulting industry. Strong experience in preparing cost estimates, pricing schedules, and tender submissions for commercial, residential, and office fit-out projects. Knowledge of all interior jobs and materials.
