Job Description

1. Research and identify donors / sponsors with substantial CSR spends and engage them to fund rural project in healthcare 2. Develop and implement a diversified CSR fundraising strategy, securing contracts for rural healthcare projects from Corporates, PSUs, Foundations, Funds, Trusts, and NGOs, while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. 3. Forge strategic alliances with Foundations, NGOs, and Corporates to co-develop and implement impactful CSR healthcare projects. 4. Independently develop compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client and donor requirements to secure CSR funding 5. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, driving project extensions, scope expansion, and revenue growth. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful project planning, implementation, impact measurement, and KPI adherence.
