Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategies and execute marketing plants to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and expert sales calls with branch engineers and managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and field sales teams, Understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports and forecasts to management. Monitor and report sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and developments. Review and monitor dealer sales performance. Prepare project proposals, application notes, sales presentations. Strategies product positioning and coopetition benchmarking to support field sales. Carry out service and complaint analysis along with the headquarter service team. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in compressor background. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for sales & marketing operations. Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Preferred candidate profile Experience in capital equipment sales Proven ability to develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Experience in leading and mentoring sales & technical teams, setting KPIs, and ensuring performance excellence. Strong background in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, and OEM partnerships.
