Manager/Senior Manager - Product Marketing

As a Marketing Manager, your role will involve leading a series of product launches and developing an integrated marketing plan to meet Product and Marketing Objectives within the specified timelines. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the target audience and developing a New Product Launch Strategy for the relevant Category - Conducting Market Analysis, mapping competition, gathering consumer insights, defining Product Positioning & customer segmentation to create a Product Value Proposition and craft Key Messaging - Generating innovative strategies and contributing creative ideas for campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and product adoption - Crafting an Integrated Marketing Communication plan encompassing ATL, BTL, Digital, and Retail with defined timelines and responsibilities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Research, Brand, Media, Digital, Sales, and E-commerce to execute New Product Launch & Go-To-Market strategy effectively - Planning campaign budgets and ensuring optimal channel utilization with a focus on ROI - Ensuring high quality and timely execution of entire campaigns - Evaluating campaign performance and incorporating learnings for future campaigns Qualifications: - Candidates with 6 or more years of experience in managing premium product categories are preferred.
