Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to business heads, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Lead talent development programs: learning & development frameworks, leadership interventions, and capability building.
Drive performance management and appraisal cycle: goal setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
Lead HRIS implementation/adoption: ensure the digital HR system supports business needs and employee experience.
Workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Provide HR analytics and dashboards to drive insights on talent, performance, and culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements and foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent) from a reputed institute.
7-10 years of HRBP experience, preferably in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or BFSI domain.
Demonstrable experience in talent development, performance management/appraisal, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, Workday, Oracle HCM).
Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and data-driven HR mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with senior leadership.
