- Acting as a liaison between top management and department executives
- Ensuring proper coordination for Marine technical, Marine operational, Marine procurement(Purchase), Fleet Personnel ,Marine logistics and maintenance activities
*Technical Manager:*
- Knowledge of ship documentation(ISM/ISPS/MLC/Periodical), surveys(ISM/ISPS/MLC/Flag State Inspection/Periodical statuary surveys), repairs, and maintenance
*Operations Manager:*
- Knowledge of ship movements & port operations - Coordination with ships, ports, and customs agents - Basic understanding of ship documentation, repairs & maintenance
*Procurement Manager:*
- Knowledge of marine terminology and marine products - Understanding of relevant certifications for marine supplies
*Logistics & Stores Manager:*
- Knowledge of marine terminology and marine products - Experience in inventory and stores management preferred
*Ship Maintenance Manager:*
- Knowledge of marine terminology, ship repairs(Engines/Fabrication/Ship Shafting/Pumps/Navigation & Communication Equipment), and maintenance procedures( Preventive Maintenance)
*Fleet Personnel Managers*
-Organizing the Ship staff (Officers & Ratings ) as per crew change Planner
-Adequate Knowledge on Foreign Going & Near coastal Voyage crew ranks and their Competency
- Good Communicating Skills in English and Hindi
