We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager BIW Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the maintenance activities of the BIW plant.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical engineering, and instrumentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Tata Motors Campus Hiring and its requirements is an added advantage.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is required.
