Skills :

Have knowledge and experience of ensuring excellent quality audit documentation, audit work papers etc

- Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills

- Have the ability to work under pressure under stringent deadlines

- Should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to manage / interact with team

- Proficiency in MS office and Outlook

Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in Audit & Assurance function / Shared Service environment from a reputed MNC.

- Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting standards (IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS), Companies Act, etc. and should be able to practically apply these concepts.

Manager/ Assistant Manager:

  • Deliver high quality work as per Firms Methodology focusing on delivery through standardization of workpapers and automated tools
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Firms Methodology
  • Support Delivery Head in Project Planning, Project Management, Workload Management, Monitoring of TAT, Standardisation etc
  • Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of audit support services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with firm methodology.
  • Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Auditing / Accounting standards
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through structured training, rotation, and engagement programs.
  • Manage risk at the COE / Engagement level
  • Act as a SPOC for the COE with the Audit Teams in terms of data flow, co-ordination and discussions
  • Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Assurance teams
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, data confidentiality, and audit quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work performed at COE

As a Manager/ Assistant Manager, you will be required to oversee the implementation of work performed at COE as mentioned above and report to Delivery Head.
