Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking seasoned sales leaders to drive our growth in engineering polymer compounds. The role involves acquiring and managing OEM & Tier-1 accounts, shaping market strategy, and delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow B2B clients across automotive, consumer durables, and electronics.
  • Sell engineering polymers (PP, ABS, SAN, HIPS, PC, Nylon, PBT) including filled/FR grades.
  • Manage OEM & Tier-1 relationships; provide technical and commercial support.
  • Drive revenue, pricing, and negotiations using market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Deliver on sales targets and new account acquisitions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years in polymer compound sales (automotive, FMCD, electronics).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering polymers & compounding applications.
  • Proven OEM/Tier-1 sales track record with technical sales exposure.
  • Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, RoHS standards.
  • Global/OEM network exposure is a strong plus.
