This is a position with hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement. Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment. Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of highquality results. Required Skills At least 8+ years of total relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and teams. Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools. Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus. Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault tolerant microservices.

Preferred Qualifications prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies would be advantageous.
