Manager (with Hostel Management)

Location: International Delhi Public School, Gorakhpur
Position: School Manager

About the Role:

International Delhi Public School, Gorakhpur is looking for a proactive and experienced Manager from a school background, who can efficiently manage both school operations and hostel administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, discipline, and welfare of students and staff within the school and hostel premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all administrative, operational, and facility-related functions of the school.
• Manage hostel operations, including accommodation, hygiene, safety, food arrangements, and student discipline.
• Supervise hostel staff and ensure students’ well-being and adherence to hostel rules.
• Handle logistics, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain coordination between academic staff, hostel wardens, and school management.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and compliance with school policies.
• Address parent and student queries related to hostel and school administration.
• Support management in organizing school events, admissions, and day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in school administration or hostel management (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
• Preference will be given to candidates from educational or residential school backgrounds.
• Must have good command of English and Hindi.

Salary:

Attractive and negotiable based on experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
