Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to manage high-value client relationships and offer personalized life insurance solutions to HNIs and affluent customers. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their financial and insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and allied financial products. You will play a key role in achieving monthly business targets while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with HNI and affluent clients to understand their wealth planning and insurance needs.
  • Recommend customized life insurance solutions from a multi-insurer portfolio.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Ensure end-to-end client experience, including advisory, policy issuance, and post-sale servicing.
  • Achieve monthly premium targets of ?13 lakhs post-probation.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and adhere to all compliance and regulatory norms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.
  • Offer Portfolio Management Services (PMS) insights when relevant to align insurance solutions with clients overall wealth strategies.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and high emotional intelligence while dealing with HNI clients.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Analytical Ability: Understanding of wealth management and insurance market trends.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining long-term trust.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 35 years in life insurance, wealth management, or HNI relationship management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and premium targets.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, ULIPs, and investment-linked products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial advisory tools.
