Manager - Visual Inspection

As a part of the Biocon Biologics team, your role will involve preparing and reviewing technical documents, protocols, and reports. You will be responsible for reviewing change control, CAPA, effectiveness checks, and events. In addition, you will handle deviations, CAPA, and coordinate with the QA department. Your involvement in investigating and closing deviations will be crucial, along with managing annual refresher trainings and preparing User Requirement Specifications for new machines. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and review of technical documents, protocols, and reports - Review of change control, CAPA, effectiveness checks, and events - Handling of deviations, CAPA, and coordination with QA department - Preparation and review of Qualification documents for visual inspection machines - Responsible for procurement of new equipment in the inspection area - Review of SOPs and personnel lists - Monitoring inspection plan against production requirements - Preparation of CAPEX & OPEX for the department - Adherence to safety, health, and environmental measures - Handling activities related to Medical Devices Qualifications: - Any degree with 16-19 years of experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational and leadership skills Join Biocon Biologics to be a part of a globally committed biosimilars organization dedicated to transforming patient lives through innovative healthcare solutions.
