Job Title: Manager – US Audit Location: Chandigarh IT Park (On-site) Company: Healthcare Industry Experience Required: 5-8 Years Working Days: 5-day working Perks: Cab facility and complimentary meals available About the Role: We are looking for a sharp and detail-driven Manager – US Audit to lead our expense audit, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. This role involves tracking and auditing every business expense, identifying areas of waste or overspending, and recommending actionable solutions to control costs and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities: Identify waste and inefficiencies in payroll, office supplies, vendor contracts, advertising, rent, and operational expenses. Track, audit, and document every business expense with accuracy. Perform detailed audits of financial records, vendor payments, and operational costs. Detect potential cost-saving opportunities and identify possible cases of misuse or theft. Collaborate with finance, procurement, HR, and operations teams to implement expense control strategies. Present detailed audit findings, financial reports, and actionable recommendations to management. Review vendor contracts, advertising spends, and operational costs regularly to optimize expenses. Ensure adherence to US operational standards and company policies in financial processes. Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, or operational cost control (US Healthcare domain preferred). Strong understanding of payroll audits, vendor management, and operational financial reviews. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Familiarity with expense tracking tools and accounting software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
