Job Description

This role is responsible for the service delivery with operational efficiency, quality and agreed SLA/KPI for the UK. Role & responsibilities Developing and leading a high performing team of individual contributors, giving them the opportunities to be their best through coaching, career development conversations and performance management. Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management. Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans. Deliver acceptable scores on WMTY and GPTW surveys and maintain right level of motivation while ensuring optimum resource utilization Deliver operations excellence every time, on time with best of accuracy, productivity by following key KPI and SLAs Deliver additional projects through efficiency and continuous improvements Create a controlled environment which minimal business risk and exposure Preferred candidate profile Demonstrable management experience in HR shared services or Payroll. Good to have - In depth knowledge of UK Payroll legislation Perks and benefits
