Job Responsibilities - Support in Dealing & Execution for APAC & India entities (Investments / Loans (Funding) / FX). - Develop & Implement strategies (including ALM management) to manage financial risk include Interest rate risk, Liquidity risk & FX risk effectively - Stay updated on market trends and developments including APAC Markets to inform decision-making - Supporting on Capital market requirements for business partners towards optimizing interest results - Reporting & Regulatory Compliance related to APAC region incl. India. - Drive sustainable wallet negotiation; Diversify bank relationships to mitigate concentration counterparty risk - Coordination with markets and HQ on functional topics related to Front office Qualification CA / CA-Inter/ MBA / Postgraduate in Finance / relevant experience Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience handling Corporate finance, Treasury, Capital Markets, Treasury accounting etc.. Overall 3+ years of experience Skill Sets required Exposure on Corporate Finance / funding / Borrowings / Investments - Must Basic Knowledge in Treasury end to end operations preferable Knowledge on SEBI /RBI and other regional central bank guidelines preferable Knowledge on Forex & Exports preferable Exposure to other regional markets preferable Good communication and interpersonal skills - Must Reliable and work independently as well as good team player - Must Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must Ability to work in multicultural environments, collaborative Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
