Assistant Manager /Manager - BAU Transactions (Land Services & Capital Markets) Were seeking an experienced professional with a passion for analytics and research-driven strategy. This role will focus on market research, land sourcing, financial feasibility analysis, transaction management and supporting our leadership team in planning high-value real estate deals in Ahmedabad. Educational qualifications: B.Arch / M.Arch / Urban Planning / MBA (Real Estate) or equivalent. Experience required: 5-10 years in land transactions, feasibility studies, capital markets, or investment advisory (preferably with IPCs, developers, or real estate consulting firms) Skills required: Ability to provide strategic product recommendations based on demand-supply trends and financial viability Proficiency in financial modelling, investment analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
