Roles and Responsibilities Manage training programs for insurance professionals, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills. Develop and deliver engaging training content using various methods such as classroom sessions, online modules, and role-playing exercises. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance outcomes. Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as knowledge retention rates and skill improvement scores. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry or related field (BPO/Call Centre). Strong understanding of blended process, chat process, FRM (Financial Regulatory Module), Insurance products & services.
