Manager - Premium Customer Experience Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Premium Customer Experience division. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) dedicated to servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients. The Manager will ensure that our HNI clients receive personalized /superior customer service, and access/ assistance to the best investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Drive and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) who handle HNI clients. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the teams success in meeting client needs and achieving revenue targets. Client Advisory: Oversee the role of RMs in assisting HNI clients to make well-informed investment decisions. Ensure that RMs curate the best reports on investment opportunities from the public domain. Client Additional : Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of HNI clients. Foster relationships with potential clients and leverage market insights to attract and retain high-value clients. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all the clients investment needs in the financial markets. Ensure that RMs maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide consistent, high-quality service. Client Engagement: Ensure effective client engagement through regular communication, including periodical account-related MIS and market reports. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Revenue Targets: Work closely with the RMs to achieve revenue targets. Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction. Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, economic news, and financial products. Ensure that RMs are well-informed and able to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant investment info. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CFP) is a plus. Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry, preferably handling HNI clients. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills. Ability to analyze market trends and economic data to provide actionable insights. Proficient in using financial software and tools for client management and reporting.
