Job Description

1. Various Communication Tools for specific Market / Markets to trade & consumers. 2. Distribution expansion through retail connects programs for retailers / wholesalers. 3. Consumer Interaction Program i.e. In-Shop Activity, Liquid & Dry Sampling, Home To Home Consumer Contacts etc; 4. Participation in Exhibitions / Trade Fair / Melas 5. Branding Activities and Retail Visibility Program [Shop Boards, Shop Branding, Delivery Vehicle Branding etc;] 6. OOH Branding Opportunities i.e. Out-Door Hoardings, Mall & Multiplex Branding, Public Vehicle & Railway Station and in-train Branding etc; 7. Merchandising Activities including displays [natural, paid & purchase linked displays] 8. Other ground Activations i.e. culinary classes, kitty parties, in-house events etc; 9. Planning of Consumer Offer to retain existing consumers and add new consumers 10. Sourcing for items and services require for all assigned activities To recognise & understand the need of assigned markets inclusive of positioning of brand / brands and competition and even trend / behaviour of trade. Define specific objectives for brand / brands & assigned markets for specific activities with close working with respective Sales Team & Distribution Network. Detailed planning and relevant arrangements for individual activity for assigned markets and coordination with all concern departments & officials. Preparation & planning for brand wise, quarter / month wise activity planned for assigned markets. Initiate the activities with preparation of detailed proposals along with all calculation and documents and share with top management for consent. Arrangements & Monitoring of activity considering to its defined description and specific objectives. Coordination with Vendor / Vendors at local level [service providers & sales promotion agencies etc;] for supply of items or services as per pre-defined criteria and process. Coordinating with them to ensure right delivery of decided services. To ensure smooth process of all commercial transactions and claim process involved for activities for their respective markets. Regular reporting, review & analysis of activity executing & executed viz a- viz planed & executed and share the same with observations to all concerns [prepare reports in details time to time]. Visit markets to learn and observe the market scenario, execution of planned activities, coordination with Sale Team etc; Any other assignments related to Marketing & Trade Maarketing as & when require / assign. Coordination with other colleagues within team and seniors for guidelines time to time. Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage. Must have worked as a Manager for at least 5years.
