Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders. Oversee business development and tendering processes for government construction projects. Identify relevant tenders and strategize business development activities. Plan tenders, including cost estimation, pricing, and bid submission. Analyze bidding trends across various government sectors. Review tender documents, highlighting key techno-commercial clauses impacting project feasibility. Ensure thorough site visits and participation in pre-bid meetings. Gather and assess necessary data from relevant sources to prepare competitive bids. Evaluate risks and finalize cost proposals for each tender. Maintain accuracy and quality in tender preparation. Implement value engineering and cost control measures for awarded projects. Collaborate with project management teams to develop and maintain regulations, processes, and methodologies for effective project execution. Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring timely completion within defined milestones. Provide expert guidance on program and project management activities in alignment with service agreements. Regularly assess project performance based on scope, cost, timeline, and quality benchmarks. Manage payment follow-ups, ensuring final billing and retention amount clearance. Note: Only candidates with prior experience in NHAI projects and a B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering will be considered.
