Manager Telecom Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SME/EB operations and project execution.
• Evaluate, define, and optimize complete processes for EB solutions.
• Ensure strong technical oversight across Managed WiFi, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching.
• Conduct product gap analysis and work with product teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with the legal team to resolve compliance and contractual issues.
• Review SOPs, network diagrams, and change management processes periodically.
• Prepare and manage network failover scenarios for SME/EB customers.
• Lead and mentor teams across Bangalore and Hyderabad; enable skill-building and training.
• Handle frequent travel between locations as required.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong expertise in networking technologies (Managed WiFi, SD-WAN, Routing, Switching).
• Experience in managing operations/projects for SME/Enterprise customers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle cross-functional collaboration and legal coordination.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Telecommunications / IT or related field.
• Relevant certifications in networking (CCNA/CCNP) preferred.
• Experience in telecom, ISP, or enterprise networking domain is an advantage.
