Job Role & Responsibilities As a Manager Techno-Commercial , you will play a key role in driving business growth by combining technical expertise and commercial acumen to develop and manage Key Starting Materials (KSM) and Specialty Chemicals sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in KSM & Specialty Chemicals across pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive long-term business growth. Technical Consultation: Understand client needs, provide technical insights , and recommend appropriate chemical solutions. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to stay ahead in the industry. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. Negotiation & Pricing: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with customers. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Chemical Engineering), M.Sc (Chemistry), or equivalent qualification. Experience: 4+ years in Techno-Commercial Sales / Business Development in the Chemical / Specialty Chemicals / KSM Industry . Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Key Starting Materials (KSM), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and Specialty Chemicals . Technical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives .
