Manager - Techno Commercial Sales - Dairy Starter Culture

As a Sales Manager - Techno Commercial, your role involves leading sales for Starter Culture and other Ingredients in the food and dairy industry. Your responsibilities include: - Managing key accounts by nurturing business relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities for new business development. - Implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to increase sales volume. - Providing technical support to clients and assisting in troubleshooting challenges faced by customers in their day-to-day operations. - Collaborating with clients on pilot and plant-scale product development trials based on product requirements. - Engaging with clients regularly to gather feedback and provide after-sales service support. - Identifying and presenting new product concepts and offering developmental support to the applications team. - Working closely with the Research and Development team to facilitate new application development. Additionally, you should be willing to travel 75% of the time to fulfill the requirements of this role.
