Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Product Development (NPD) for Automotive Electrical / Electronic Products. 2. Responsible for managing project deliverables from RFQ Stage to mass production. 3. Child parts Localization / Development Overall project management with inhouse CFT, Japan Design team and customer. 4. Technical Interface to Customers for technical related matters, technical/design reviews, specification meetings, project review meetings and troubleshooting during development stage. 5. Management of Engineering Change Requests from Customer/ Internal. 6. Must have hands on experience of Auto- Electrical Products. 7. Knowledge of Product testing and validation. 8. Good understanding of Automotive Industry Standards like AIS, ISO, JIS/JASO, CISP etc. 9. Proficient in Standard Automotive Tools and process like APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DRBFM, FTA etc. 10.Sound experience of Quality Management systems and processes as per IATF 16949. 11.Good communication and negotiation skills for client handling. 12.Experience of Dealing with MSIL would be preferred. 13.Experience of handling /leading a team of at least 6 -10 members.
