Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in HR consulting and coaching, with a strong background in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide expert HR consulting and coaching to business leaders on people and cultural issues.
Enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
Advocate HR programs, communicating their business value and managing roll-out to minimize disruption.
Collaborate with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams on key talent initiatives like workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
Drive the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.
Serve as a final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaching, mentoring, and training others on expertise.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting and coaching.
Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
Experience in performance management, rewards, and staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
