Job Description

Job Role: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the cement sector, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable insights. Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing plans. Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous performance improvement. Drive business mining initiatives to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction. Provide comprehensive hiring reports and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication. Job Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in RPO/recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain or engineering sectors. Strong background in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools. Preferred Education : MBA in HR or a bachelors degree.
