Role & responsibilities Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create customized hiring plans. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance talent attraction. Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role . Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
