Keeping uptime of all IN and associated nodesKPI monitoring and maintainingIN projects - Hardware / Software expansion and upgrade, patch implementation, integration with new core and associated nodesImplement System integrations of IN nodes, existing and new, with Core / VAS nodes, IT systems etcFaulty HW replacement / spare management / coordination with SNOC for FMR&R / RMA managementComply with all regulatory agencies & internal compliance requirements & Implement of processesHW/SW, operational problems/issues, testing new features & allied activities under vendor scopeCreation, deletion and modification of user ID as per SOP for IN and Vtopup

Must have basic understanding of prepaid call flowMust be conversant with Amdocs / Optima (RECC) charging systems, knowledge on Ericsson charging system will be appreciatedMust have at least 5-7 years of experience in System Ops & Admin in Amdocs charging platformMust have knowledge of SQL/PLSQL queryMust have knowledge of unix/Linux OS and scriptingGood Scripting and Programming knowledge including Shell, Perl, automating and streamlining routine maintenance tasksWorking knowledge in Debugging and Analyses of complex issues within large scale operation platformsGood communication skill for liaising with other cross functions like Marketing, RA etcShould be flexible enough to support business during odd hours, week end and holidayMust have knowledge of Voucher management and Vtopup systems
