Surgo Health is looking for a sharp, curious, impact-driven Manager to help shape and deliver our global health portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of data, human behavior, and strategy, translating evidence into actionable insights that shift policy, programs, and outcomes on the ground. You will own and lead key projects with clients, serving as the strategic point person who ensures we deliver novel and high-quality outputs.

Own and manage relationships with clients. Be the front face of the engagement with clients delivering high quality client service, developing a deep understanding of their pain points, and helping them get the most value from Surgo’s products and outputs
- Lead Insight Generation & Strategic Recommendations: Own end-to-end insight generation workstreams that uncover the behavioral and system drivers of health outcomes. Turn advanced analytical outputs into crisp insights and strategic recommendations by developing compelling pitches and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Lead end-to-end client delivery. You will design scopes of work, manage client onboarding, and lead cross functional teams to execute . You will ensure that we impress at every interaction, build trust in our work, and keep and grow our clients
- Drive adoption and impact of our work: Work closely with governments, donors, and implementing partners to co-create strategies and action plans. Present insights with clarity and conviction, simplifying complexity without losing nuance. Support partners in turning insights into changes in policy, programs, and implementation on the ground.
- Grow Surgo’s business. You will do this by identifying clients and opportunities, supporting pitches and proposals, and translating client needs to our product roadmap.
- 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, global health, strategy, applied research, or similar.
- Background in public health, economics, behavioral science, data science, or a related field
- Ability to synthesize data into insights that drive action
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Skilled project manager with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Reproductive Health experience is a big plus
- Strategic thinker who can apply Surgo’s insights and products to solve client problems

Compensation packages are based on several factors such as skill set, prior relevant experience, education, certifications, and market considerations. In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses and equity (if applicable).
