Job Description

Job Purpose: As a Supply Chain Manager, you\u2019ll handle capacity planning,production planning, supply planning, logistics, warehousing and costoptimisation projects. You\u2019ll also manage a team of 3-4 planners &co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to get things done. Key Responsibilities: Compliance to SOP in the areaof supply chain Perform Capacity planning basedon the demand forecast Production planning &supply planning across India Manage a team of supplyplanners & logistics planners to manage optimum stocks across locations The role involves freezingoptimal network based on the forecast at a regular frequency to reduce overallsupply chain cost Efficient inventory planning tomanage seasonality in demand Freight buying and negotiationsto optimize freight costs Work on process improvement projectsto increase serviceability Warehouse utilization projectsto reduce operating costs Monitor EHS compliance at thewarehouses as per business requirements Conduct Age analysis of thefinished goods and co-ordinate for liquidation of the aged stocks Skills required: Analytical and Data Mindset Project management Financial management Stakeholder management Requirements Qualifying Education: MBA Operations Management from Tier 1 campus Experience Required: Relevant work experience of 0-2years Preferred sector(s): FMCG Willing to relocate to SouthIndia
