We have opening for the position of Manager - Supply Chain in our corporate office based at Lower Parel. Position - Manager - Supply Chain Work Location - Lower Parel. Working Hours - Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 6:00pm. Qualification - MBA/MCOM/BCOM / Any Post Graduate Experience required - Minimum 12 -20 years of relevant experience in FMCG , Food & Beverage , Liquor industry Industry - FMCG , Food & Beverage , Liquor industry CTC PA Budget: Maximum up to 12L to 18L CTC PA Responsibilities & Duties - General Management Recruit, train and support team members Define and manage relations with contractors, suppliers, distribution network and institutions, as well as internal departments Govern end to end effective warehousing & logistics process in a highly demanding business environment Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements. Manage budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing. Drive operational excellence and process improvements across the billing and logistics supply chain. Effective Inventory management thereby ensuring accuracy of stock level through perpetual stock audits, third party physical verifications Prioritize & drive 3PL for outcomes that are aligned to meet business aspirations Responsible for training and development of internal and 3PL resources Lead projects around new warehouses , ERP etc QUALITY Drive ISO 22000:2018 quality management processes across all warehouses Ensure safety, security, quality, HACCP and food safety is managed in all processes COMPLAINCES Lead and drive compliances for DC and RDC i.e FSSAI , Legal Metrology , Shop & Establishment , Trade License etc Key Skills Capacity Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Customer Satisfaction, Supply Chain Planning, Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction, Team Management, Inventory Planning, SAP / ERP Domain Knowledge , Inventory Management, Procurement Management .
