Job Description The Finance manager will oversee all financial operations within the organization, ensuring efficient management of financial processes, compliance with regulations, and alignment with business strategies to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in accounting, economics, and financial principles, alongside leadership and team-building abilities. They should be highly skilled in administrative and management tasks, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational capabilities. Their strong quantitative and risk management skills, coupled with a process-driven approach, are essential for effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Streamline processes to improve revenue, reduce costs, and manage financial risks. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners. Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents. Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS and prepare financial reports for internal and regulatory bodies. Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, regular updates, and financial forecasting. Government Subsidy: Manage all kind of work related to government subsidy. Investment & Cost Management: Provide recommendations on investments and cost-saving strategies. Audit & Stakeholder Relations: Manage external audits and provide financial guidance to shareholders. Cash & Tax Management: Supervise cash flow, accounts, and ensure tax compliance. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and develop models to support strategic decisions. Qualified Chartered accountant having 2-4 years of experience with a clear understanding about all the above job roles and who would be ready for challenging tasks and attitude to learn new stuff.
