Manager - Student Administration & Services

Role Overview: As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all student enrollments, overseeing batch operations, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the institute. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, optimizing branch activities, and achieving peak performance levels. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth running of all academic batches on a daily basis. - Allocate batches to students based on the batch mode, such as Weekdays Batch or Weekend Batch. - Manage operational activities and the institute's day-to-day life cycle, including batch formation, faculty coordination, and infrastructure management. - Maintain inventory of office supplies, handle technical maintenance, and address requirements regularly. - Coordinate with students to oversee the end-to-end academic life cycle of each individual. - Actively participate in and coordinate academic events and activities. - Demonstrate the ability to achieve set goals with a result-driven attitude. - Execute any additional tasks assigned by management as needed. - Implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions when necessary.
