The candidate will be responsible for strategic involvement in activities like Business Development, Conceptualization, Approvals, Creation and Monitoring of Annual Operating Plan, Cash Flow Preparation, Project Coordination, Monthly Reviews Job Responsibilities: Strategic Management : Develop strategies to ensure accomplishment of business / project milestones and financial targets. Business plan formulation for due diligence for new business proposals. Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation for the same to senior management. Track proposed strategy plans from ideation to execution ensuring alignment with business objectives. P&L Management : Prepare and monitor / track Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) for business which includes forecasting cash flows, maintaining profitability, liquidity, and optimal financial leverage. Cash flow management across projects. Market Research : Conduct market research / market analysis and competition benchmarking to evaluate price trends and market dynamics. Operational Efficiency : Design and Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing productivity and boosting operational efficiency. Conduct monthly review meetings with Functional heads to identify and mitigate the business / operational risks. Due Diligence : Co-ordination for the Technical and Operations due diligence.
