Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Management Analyst, your role involves supporting the team in all aspects of business and technology sourcing needs with Preferred Vendors. You will drive Strategic Business Reviews and Co-Innovation with Strategic Partners across the Capabilities. Your responsibilities include assisting in coordinating governance discussions, providing insights for Strategic Partner Portfolio Management, creating and maintaining vendor profiles, establishing guidelines for managing strategic relationships, onboarding stakeholders for the SBR program, collaborating with stakeholders to drive action items, identifying business challenges, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and supporting vendor/technology scouting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating governance discussions for Vendors - Provide insights/reporting for Strategic Partner Portfolio Management - Create and maintain vendor profiles for strategic & preferred Vendors - Establish guidelines and processes to manage PepsiCo's strategic relationships with partners - Support onboarding internal/external stakeholders for the Strategic Business Review program - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive action items to closure - Identify business challenges and opportunities for co-innovation - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support vendor/technology scouting - Analyze data to inform co-innovation strategies - Track, report, and analyze the performance of Preferred Vendors - Define, refine, and report KPIs to PEP senior leadership - Resolve inquiries related to vendor contracts - Assist in managing the Contract Change management process - Validate Vendor consumption data and Project related SOWs - Provide input for consumption trend analysis - Support Finance in developing financial forecasts and budget plans - Analyze data for external labor productivity - Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models - Create data visualizations to meet stakeholder needs - Implement data governance procedures Qualifications: - 4-year college degree or commensurate work experience - 7-9 years experience in Vendor Relationship Management, Governance, or Procurement - 4-6 years experience in Financial Management - 4-6 years in Contract Management - 1-2 years experience with Power BI and Data Visualization As a Strategic Partner Management Analyst, you should possess good analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of commercial contracts, Vendor Management tools, and Power BI. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your proactive attitude, commitment to results, and capacity for deep analysis will be valuable assets in this role.,
