Key Responsibilities

Corporate & CSR Partnerships

• Design win-win programs with HR, L&D, and CSR leaders
• Sign MoUs for co-branded courses, scholarships, and upskilling initiatives

University Collaborations

• Integrate Itvedant courses into UG/PG curriculum
• Conduct faculty development programs and training bootcamps

Government & Skill Mission Projects

• Get empaneled with NSDC and state/national skill schemes
• Draft proposals and ensure grant compliance

Internship & Placement Initiatives

• Organize hiring drives, hackathons, and internships via partners
• Publish a quarterly Placement Calendar with partner engagement

Brand & Visibility Activities

• Co-create whitepapers, round-tables, and student events
• Share success stories with Marketing for PR and branding

Partnership Management & Growth

• Maintain CRM and conduct quarterly business reviews
• Renew MoUs and expand collaborations to new regions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Partner-led admissions & revenue growth
• Placement conversions and CTC uplift
• Brand visibility via events and PR
• Number of new partnerships and MoU renewals
• Grant value secured and compliance adherence

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM in Business Strategy, Education, or Public Policy

• Experience:

  6–10 years in EdTech, CSR, or academic partnerships

• Skills:

• Strong negotiation & networking skills
• Public speaking and presentation abilities
• Data-driven decision-making
• Grant writing & proposal development

• Mindset:

• Growth-focused and action-oriented
• Ability to work with both corporate and government stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
