Manager Sales / Sr. Product Sales Engineer Sika is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer with Sr. Product Sales Engineer capabilities to manage Encoder OEMs products. The Product Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the existing sales channels, while expanding Encoder OEMs client base into new segments, including Medical, Robotics, Defence, Space, Energy, and more. This role requires knowledge of motion control products/ Systems, a self-motivated leader with a strong technical background, and the ability to effectively engage with partners and customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Encoder OEMs products. Expansion of Encoder OEMs client base into new market segments. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue. Provide high-end technical support to customers and conduct technical seminars throughout India. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers. • Act as the primary technical and sales point of contact for specific products in India. • Ensure alignment with global business strategies and objectives. General Requirements: Relevant degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 3 -10 years of experience in an Application/ Product Sales position. • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions. • Strong technical skill set and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in field of motion control. • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Proficiency in English. • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of current technologies and trends. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling products to the sectors of Medical, Defence or Robotics. • Residing in Bangalore or willing to relocate. • Demonstrated success in a similar role. • Willingness to achieve deep technical knowledge and become the preferred contact for customers and partners. • Strong leadership and team management skills. The selected candidate will undergo training on the Encoder OEMs products to effectively assist and support customers in India.
