Greetings from The Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd, Mumbai We have an urgent requirement for the role of Sr Officer - HR in our organization. Required Education: MBA HR or equivalent qualification Experience: 5+ years Location: Pune / Dhule / Chalisgaon *Male Candidates Preferred* as this job includes travelling to sites all over Maharashtra and pan India. Job Summary As an HR professional, you will be handling HR Generalist role wherein your main area of focus would be Payroll and Compliance. You will be also responsible for Talent Acquisition, On-boarding and organizing training programme for employees. You will be handling employee life cycle management in the organization. 1. Recruitment /HR Administration /On-boarding. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing. Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers for scheduling interviews Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to source and attract high-quality candidates. Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening connecting candidates over the phone, interview arrangements and closing. Maintaining the candidates database of various levels and MIS. Administering regular updating of employees personal records Responsible for maintenance of personal files. Handling Field staff related queries and issues. Monitoring time attendance and leave management across the levels. 2. Training Implement training programs for new hires and existing employees to improve their skills and performance. Plan and coordinate employee development programs, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions Scheduling and co-ordination for induction programme/ various training programme with all POs and Factories. Should have experience in development of content/ PPTs Exposure to e-learning/LMS (preferable) Responsible for maintaining tracking pre and post training MIS. 3. Payroll & FnF Coordinating and following up with head office for the monthly inputs etc Validating the payroll inputs and correcting the error, ensuring timely closure of payroll process and timely disbursal of salary. Preparing fresh inputs and validating the settlement sheet.. Calculating the various tax components in the settlement sheet. Distribution of Form 16 to employees 4. Statutory & Labor Law Compliance Timely processing and submission of all statutory payments like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc. Maintaining a tracker for all required mandatory statutory related documents for PF & Gratuity. And also for PF transfer & withdrawal applications. Maintaining of all statutory documents like Challans, receipts, etc. Handling Audits and Inspections under various statutory laws Visiting Labour office, PF office, etc for statutory related activities Maintaining all the statutory registers (Wage, attendance, leave, Maternity, Overtime and Advance registers) as per the requirement. Discuss emerging compliance issues with management Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance audit 5. Compliance Documentation Preparing Following complete set of Compliance documents starts frm Form VIII/Muster Roll/ Wage Register/ Leave Register/ Register of Employees/ PF ECR/ Payment Declaration/ PF-ESIC Declaration/ Accident Register/ Maternity Register Monthly compliance Audit document coordination with Head Office Keeping tracker for all licenses so before due date process will start for renewals.
