The TLT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Transmission Line Tower (TLT) products and related structural fabrication services.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring profitable sales performance in line with organizational goals.

Experience

10 to 15 years of sales and business development experience in Transmission Line Towers / Steel Structures industry.

Proven track record in project-based sales, tendering, and government / utility clients preferred.

Principle Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue and margin targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power transmission, infrastructure, and EPC segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and technical proposal to negotiation and order finalization.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams for timely submission of tenders and proposals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support management in strategic decision-making.

Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues, delivery schedules, and post-order support.

Achieve sales targets through focused business development and customer engagement.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and periodic performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and statutory compliance.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
