Role & responsibilities Identify and assess new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for potential projects. Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and revenue growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector clients, consultants, and contractors. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships. Identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant tenders and business proposals in both public and private infrastructure projects. Prepare, submit, and manage tender documents, bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) to develop competitive and compliant proposals. Job Overview: The Manager / Sr. Manager Business Development plays a crucial role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This position focuses on securing projects in construction, transportation, urban infrastructure, utilities, and related sectors through comprehensive market research, client engagement, and effective proposal management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the infrastructure sector. In-depth understanding of EPC contracts, tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in analyzing financial models and project feasibility reports.
