As an Employee Experience (EX) professional, your role will involve overseeing and planning policy development, aligning and communicating with employees about various Employee Experience initiatives to improve the trust level within the organization. You will champion the Change Management to drive positive employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, design, and roll out Business Contingency Plan while driving Industrial Relations agenda for smooth business functioning with zero Mandays lost on account of IR Issues. - Envisage the fast-changing business environment and build/implement sustainable workforce models to meet organizational requirements while keeping stakeholders involved. - Propose organization design and re-design to align with the evolving business landscape and work on effective manpower planning for long-term and short-term requirements. - Leverage 3E (Education, Experience, and Exposure) learning interventions to establish a culture of continuous learning for talent development. - Plan and bring in new learning interventions in coordination with various stakeholders for organizational effectiveness. - Establish training standards for Blue-collar workforce, including temporary workforce, and implement actions as needed. Qualification Required: - MSW or MBA in Human Resource Management with specialization in Industrial Relations. - 15+ years of HR and IR experience in a manufacturing setup. - Proficient knowledge in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Industrial Relations function. - Proficient in handling disciplinary proceedings and labor laws with practical application. In this role, you will be expected to have entrepreneurial thinking and acting, structured & strategic way of working with a good business overview. You should possess an agile mindset, capable of coaching and leading the team effectively. Strong cross-functional team leadership and influence, proficient in interpersonal, networking, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management skills are essential. Additionally, proficiency in English and Tamil (Written & Oral), advisory to the business, coaching, and mentoring skills are required for this position.
