Your Job Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of at-least 15-20 people, provide them mentorship, direction, support and growth plans for team members. Own the end-to-end DevOps practice, driving strategic initiatives to improve processes, performance, and scalability across the organization. This role is focused on management, leadership, and strategic direction, rather than daily technical tasks (no hands on)Provides domain expertise on cloud technologies (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, ECS, EKS, Route 53, etc.), along with expertise in Infrastructure as Code, serverless, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, serving as a strategic thought leader in DevOps technologies. Identify hiring needs, participate in the hiring process, and onboard new team members. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity. Stay current with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential for adoption. Drive automation efforts to reduce manual effort, enhance reliability, and increase operational efficiency. Must-have Qualifications, Skills Experience B.Tech/B.E/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 12+ years in DevOps, with at least 2+ years in a people management role. Proven experience in managing a DevOps/Infra team of 15 or more people Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving projects to completion with minimal direction.
